After changing around the look of this blog so many times, only to be not quite satisfied again and again, I have decided to switch blog hosts and spend some more time making the design/layout exactly what I want. I don't know how long it will take, but in the meantime, I'll still be posting to The House. I'll probably be switching to Wordpress, as Typepad (though I probably like it most) requires payment, a feature I think have to I'll pass up. I wish I had more experience in web design or had gotten more out of my EMS (electronic media studio) classes when I was a student.
Sidenote-- Mike and I each took a class in each other's fields as undergrads, for kicks-- I took a beginner's Java class, and Mike took EMS (cheater). I believe Mike got an A in his "art(-schmart)" course (just teasing, Love), and I got a B(+) in my CS course as well as EMS.

ooooh wordpress! I envy you!
I started my blog when we were living in a hotel & didn't have our server up & running- otherwise I'd have done my blog in wordpress from the beginning & hosted it myself. But after the few days I put in trying to make blogger do what I wanted, I don't want to just give it all up so quick. Have fun!! :)
PS- like that you guys each took classes in each other's majors! how fun! I took multiple CS classes, but I don't think I'd have done ok in a nuclear engineering course! Jesse would have had it easy- there was a design 101 course all the engineers took as their art class- it was silly.
