Whoops! I just realized this post from way back in April was chilling out in my unpublished drafts. So I'll go ahead and hit Publish.

Gettin' those teeth cleaned.

Abigail's entry for the Wisconsin Pro-Life art contest (Their irresponsible mom didn't get them sent off in time :-()

Iris's entry

A friend found wandering in the basement, saved from certain death.

Thanks to some thoughtful friends for these awesome dot painters!

Homeschooling...

These two are so sweet, always nuzzled up together
Update- I don't think I ever even mentioned that we lost Hazel (the one on the right), who was a sick little thing from the beginning, at the end of April while the kids and I were visiting my parents. Mike had to attend the funeral of a 20-year-old from our church, bury our baby goat the next day, and then Abigail's godfather passed away the following day- it was a rough week :'(

We all went out to Great Dane to celebrate our twelfth anniversary (Will and Ashley watched the kids the night before so Mike and I could go out to celebrate my birthday/our anniversary, but we felt like celebrating with the kids on the actual day, too.)

When we were leaving, that guy beside me asked us how many multiples we had and was blown away when we told him they all came one at a time. "You're kidding!" Nope.

Twelve years proud to be this one's wife. We've had our share of conflicts big and small, but I wouldn't change a thing.
We are blessed!
