We had a lot of sickness here for a couple of weeks. This little fella's blood sugars were running super high, then we'd overcorrect and he'd be really low. I found him like this one night when I went up to give him some more insulin- with all of his favorite bedtime buddies (and his Lightning McQueen hat) X-PHaving fun at St. Vincent de Paul's during karateSummer passed much too quickly. Now it seems like we are adding something new every week- cross country, swim, youth groups, homeschool activities, church meetings, piano lessons, tutoring... but I am grateful this year to have another driver! And right now in all of our business, it is easy to get overwhelmed, but i know there will come a time in our future, God willing, when we are missing these days of carting children to all of their places, reminiscing fondly of the chaos of our current lives. God is so good.
