Sunday evening, Mike took Jack, Abigail, Iris, Opal, and Joel on their first bikeride of the year to the Culver's in New Glarus, while I stayed back with Toby and got some lesson planning done (I can get quite a bit more done with just Toby than just Joel- that babe is a HANDFUL as of late! When Mike and the kids were on their way back, Toby and I drove the mile and a half to the trail and got a little walk in ourselves before meeting up with them and driving the kids the rest of the way home (they were pretty tired with it being their first ride of the year- and it's five miles to and from!). I love this time of year and where we live... we are blessed!
