I showed it to him this morning, and apparently it wasn't quite the build-up he was looking for. So he insisted that I have him close his eyes and count before yelling "surprise!" (At which he screamed in glee). He was excited to wear it to Maundy Thursday prayer service this morning. What a lovebug.
